BT Floor Safe
The BT is a certified underfloor safe, tested to EN 1143-1 Grade I and set in concrete so that only its cover sits flush with the floor and out of sight. Two sizes hold 44 and 72 litres.
Certified Grade I burglary protection
Every BT is tested for burglary resistance to EN 1143-1 rather than rated by the company that built it — so unlike a purely concealed floor safe, it carries a burglary grade an insurer can recognise. Setting it in concrete also removes the attack a freestanding safe is most exposed to: being carried away whole. What you can insure inside depends on your policy and your market, so confirm the sum with your insurer.
Choosing your BT
Both sizes go 515 mm into the floor and differ in plan — the BT 100 is 500 × 390 mm holding 44 litres, the BT 300 is 600 × 490 mm holding 72 litres. The choice is therefore about the opening you can cut, not the depth. The door opens upwards through 90 degrees on gas struts and locks on four sides. Choose a key lock with two keys or a recessed 9-user electronic code lock, in Light Grey RAL 7035. A step-by-step guide for setting the safe in concrete is included.
